  • 1 cup sliced red onion
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese

Tzatziki Sauce

  • Tzatziki sauce (made with Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, and fresh dill)

Instructions

  1. Whisk marinade. Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
  2. Marinate chicken. Pound chicken to uniform thickness and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Make tzatziki. Make tzatziki by mixing yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and dill in a separate bowl.
  4. Prepare sides. Cook rice or quinoa according to package instructions and chop vegetables.
  5. Cook chicken. Preheat air fryer to 380°F and cook marinated chicken for about 10 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
