A light, revitalizing summer drink made with blended watermelon, fresh mint, and lime juice—served ice-cold and optionally sweetened for the ultimate thirst-quencher.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • 68 fresh mint leaves (plus more for garnish)
  • 1/2 cup cold water or coconut water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add watermelon, lime juice, mint leaves, honey (if using), and water to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Strain through a fine mesh sieve if you prefer a smoother texture.
  3. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes and pour the watermelon mint mixture over the top.
  4. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Chill watermelon before blending for an extra cold drink without diluting it.
  • Use coconut water for added electrolytes and a tropical twist.
  • Adjust sweetness to taste or skip sweetener altogether for a sugar-free version.
