Strawberry Filling

  • 3 cups chopped fresh strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

Glaze

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon light or heavy cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Crust: In a bowl, mix flour, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Stir in melted butter and vanilla until crumbly.
  3. Bake Crust: Press two-thirds of the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 15–20 minutes until lightly golden.
