3 tablespoons light brown sugar, packed

Strawberry Filling
3cups chopped fresh strawberries
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
Glaze
1/2cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon light or heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Mix Crust: In a bowl, mix flour, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Stir in melted butter and vanilla until crumbly.
Bake Crust: Press two-thirds of the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 15–20 minutes until lightly golden.
Prepare Filling: Toss chopped strawberries with sugar and flour in another bowl.
Assemble and Bake: Spread the strawberry filling over the baked crust and sprinkle remaining crumb mixture on top. Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden.
