  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and prepare pan. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. Mix dry ingredients. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
  3. Cream butter and sugar, add eggs and vanilla. In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture, alternating with milk until just combined.
  5. Add strawberries and pour batter. Gently fold in chopped strawberries. Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake and cool. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before transferring to a plate.
