1cup strawberries sliced
1 peach sliced
1 lemon sliced
2 tablespoons elderflower syrup
1 tablespoon honey
1cup sparkling water
Fresh mint leaves

Instructions
Wash and slice the fruit: Wash and slice strawberries, peaches, and lemon.
Combine ingredients: In a large pitcher combine white wine, sliced fruit, elderflower syrup, and honey.
Mix gently: Stir gently until combined.
Refrigerate: Refrigerate for at least one hour to allow flavors to infuse.
Add sparkling water: Just before serving add sparkling water.
