Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Lightly oil a large baking sheet or roasting tray to prevent sticking.
Place the sausage coil on the tray, keeping it in a spiral. Secure the end with a skewer or toothpick if needed to maintain shape.
Brush lightly with olive oil.
Roast for 35–40 minutes, flipping once halfway, until the sausage is browned and crisp on the outside and cooked through internally (160°F / 71°C).
