  • 1 (15 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup cottage cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the instant pudding mix and cottage cheese. Stir until fully blended.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping gently until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the drained mandarin oranges and crushed pineapple, folding gently to avoid breaking up the fruit.
  4. Stir in mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld and the texture to fluff up.
