Decadent, creamy Nutella truffles coated in rich chocolate and crunchy hazelnuts. These irresistible bite-sized treats are perfect for Nutella lovers and special occasions!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed biscuits (such as graham crackers or digestive biscuits)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups dark or milk chocolate, melted

 

  • 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts (or crushed praline)

Instructions

    • In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until warm (not boiling).
    • Remove from heat and mix in Nutella and vanilla extract until smooth.
    • Stir in crushed biscuits and mix until fully combined.
  1. Shape the truffles

    • Let the mixture cool slightly, then scoop and roll into small balls.
    • Place on a tray lined with parchment paper and freeze for 30 minutes.
  2. Coat with chocolate

    • Dip each truffle into melted chocolate, ensuring a smooth, even coating.
  3. Add the crunch

    • Roll the truffles in chopped hazelnuts before the chocolate sets.
  4. Chill and serve

    • Let the truffles set in the refrigerator for 10 minutes before serving.
