Crust

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs, (about 12 whole crackers)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup salted butter, (melted)

Filling

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, (softened)
  • 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces whipped topping, (thawed)
  • 6 full-sized Snickers Bars, (chopped, reserve some for top)

Toppings (optional)

  • chopped peanuts, (for topping if desired)
  • caramel sauce, (for topping if desired)

Instructions

  1. Crust mix: Add 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs, ¼ cup granulated sugar, and melted ½ cup salted butter, to a medium bowl and mix until combined. It should resemble damp sand. (You can also use a pre-made crust instead).
  2. press: Press the mixture evenly into a 9-inch pie pan, going all the way up the sides. Use your fingers or the bottom of a flat measuring cup or glass to really pack the crumbs together.
  3. chill: Chill the crust in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling.
  4. Snickers Filling mix: Add 8 ounces cream cheese, ½ cup crunchy peanut butter, and 1 cup powdered sugar to a large bowl and beat with a hand mixer or a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment until well combined.
  5. fold: Fold in 8 ounces whipped topping, followed by the chopped 6 full-sized Snickers Bars, reserving a few of the Snickers for garnishing the top.
  6. chill: Spread the filling evenly in the chilled pie shell and top with the reserved Snickers, and chopped peanuts,. Chill for at least 3 hours.
  7. Serve: Drizzle with caramel sauce, before serving.

Notes

  • You can also use a pre-made crust instead of making the crust mixture yourself.
  • Reserve some chopped Snickers bars for garnishing the top.
  • Chill the pie for at least 3 hours to set properly before serving.
  • Drizzle caramel sauce before serving for extra flavor.
