2cups ripe mango, chopped (fresh or frozen and thawed)
1/2cup coconut milk or almond milk
1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, based on mango sweetness)
1 tbsp lime juice (optional, for brightness)
Instructions
Add mango, coconut milk, sweetener (if using), and lime juice to a blender.
Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4–6 hours, or until solid.
To release, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds and gently pull popsicles out.
Serve immediately or store in a sealed container in the freezer.
Notes
Use very ripe mangoes for the best natural sweetness and flavor.
Coconut milk gives a creamier texture, while almond milk is lighter.
You can swirl in some yogurt or pureed berries for a flavor twist.
