These creamy, naturally sweet mango popsicles are made with just a few simple ingredients—bursting with tropical flavor and perfect for a refreshing, dairy-free summer treat.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups ripe mango, chopped (fresh or frozen and thawed)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk or almond milk
  • 12 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, based on mango sweetness)
  • 1 tbsp lime juice (optional, for brightness)

Instructions

  1. Add mango, coconut milk, sweetener (if using), and lime juice to a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4–6 hours, or until solid.
  5. To release, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds and gently pull popsicles out.
  6. Serve immediately or store in a sealed container in the freezer.

Notes

  • Use very ripe mangoes for the best natural sweetness and flavor.
  • Coconut milk gives a creamier texture, while almond milk is lighter.
  • You can swirl in some yogurt or pureed berries for a flavor twist.
