These ultra-fudgy, flourless brownie bites are naturally sweetened with ripe bananas and packed with plant-based protein, cocoa, and nut butter—making them the perfect guilt-free chocolate snack or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 3 very ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1/2 cup vanilla or chocolate protein powder (about 2 scoops)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Mini chocolate chips, for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mash the bananas until mostly smooth.
  3. Mix in the peanut butter until fully combined.
  4. Stir in the protein powder and cocoa powder until the batter is uniform.
  5. Line a muffin tin with 8 silicone baking cups. Divide the batter evenly among them.
  6. Sprinkle the tops with mini chocolate chips, if using.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until just set. They’ll be soft at first but will firm up as they cool.
  8. Allow to cool completely before removing from cups. Enjoy at room temp, cold, or slightly warmed.
