Main Ingredients
12-count Hawaiian rolls, split horizontally
8ounces deli turkey, thinly sliced
8ounces deli ham, thinly sliced
6 slices bacon, cooked crisp and chopped
8 slices Swiss cheese (or provolone as alternative)
Prepare Rolls: Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally into top and bottom halves, keeping them together as a slab.
Cook Bacon: Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp, about 6-8 minutes. Drain on paper towels and chop into bite-sized pieces.
Arrange Bottom: Place the bottom half of the rolls in a 9×13-inch baking pan.
Layer Meats: Layer evenly with deli turkey, then ham, followed by the chopped bacon.
Add Cheese: Add Swiss cheese slices over the meats, then cheddar cheese on top.
Top Rolls: Place the top half of the rolls back over the stacked ingredients and press gently.
Make Butter Mixture: In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
Brush Mixture: Brush the butter mixture evenly over the top of the rolls.
Sprinkle Seeds: Sprinkle poppy seeds evenly over the buttered tops.
Cover and Bake: Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil.
Bake: Bake for 15 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 5-7 minutes to crisp the tops.
Cool: Remove from oven and let cool for about 5 minutes.
Slice and Serve: Slice the slab into 12 individual sliders and serve warm.
Notes
Use unsalted butter preferred for better control of salt.
Swiss cheese can be substituted with provolone.
Cook bacon until crisp for maximum texture.
Let sliders cool slightly before slicing to keep layers intact.
