12ounces roasted red peppers ((1 jar, drained and patted dry))
3.8ounces black olives ((1 can, drained))
12ounces whipped cream cheese
1ounce ranch dressing mix ((1 packet))
1/4cup grated Parmesan cheese
1.5cups cole slaw mix
4 10-inch flour tortillas
Instructions
Step 1: Roughly chop the roasted red peppers and olives.
Step 2: In a medium bowl, combine cream the cheese, ranch dressing mix, Parmesan cheese, chopped red peppers, and chopped olives.
Step 3: Fold in the cole slaw mix.
Step 4: Spread the cream cheese filling over the tortillas. Roll each tortilla as tightly as possible.
Step 5: Wrap each tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 1-2 hours (longer is better).
