  • 3.8 ounces black olives ((1 can, drained))
  • 12 ounces whipped cream cheese
  • 1 ounce ranch dressing mix ((1 packet))
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1.5 cups cole slaw mix
  • 4 10-inch flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Roughly chop the roasted red peppers and olives.
  2. Step 2: In a medium bowl, combine cream the cheese, ranch dressing mix, Parmesan cheese, chopped red peppers, and chopped olives.
  3. Step 3: Fold in the cole slaw mix.
