Golden brown strombolis filled with spicy buffalo chicken, gooey mozzarella cheese, and creamy ranch dressing. These easy-to-make rolls are perfect for a quick dinner, game day snack, or party appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced (for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a flat surface. Spread ranch dressing over the dough, leaving a small border.
  4. Layer the buffalo chicken mixture and mozzarella cheese down the center of the dough.
  5. Carefully roll the dough over the filling, tucking in the ends and sealing the edges. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Brush the top of the stromboli with olive oil for a golden finish.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through.
  8. Remove from oven, slice, and garnish with sliced green onions. Serve hot with extra ranch dressing on the side.
