  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce (or melted American cheese)
  • 2 cups frozen fries or tortilla chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1/4 cup diced white onion
  • 1/2 cup dill pickle chips
  • Optional: ketchup, mustard, or burger sauce drizzle

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spread fries or tortilla chips evenly in a baking dish and bake for 15–20 minutes until crispy.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce until fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
  4. Remove the fries from the oven and layer the cooked beef evenly over the top.
  5. Drizzle with warm nacho cheese sauce and sprinkle shredded cheddar evenly. Return to oven for 5–7 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and melted.

  7. Optional: finish with a drizzle of ketchup, mustard, or your favorite burger sauce. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Substitute ground turkey for a leaner option.
  • Use sweet potato fries for a different flavor profile.
  • Great for parties—serve with small plates for easy sharing.
  • Add jalapeños for a spicy kick.
