- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Biscoff spread
- 20 Biscoff cookies (crushed)
- 1/2 cup brewed coffee (cooled)
- Extra Biscoff crumbs (for garnish)
- Caramel drizzle (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whip heavy cream, mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
- Dip Biscoff cookies in cooled coffee and place a layer at the bottom of a serving glass or dish.
- Add a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the cookies.
- Repeat the layers until the glass is filled.
- Warm the Biscoff spread slightly and pipe or drizzle it on top.
- Sprinkle extra crushed Biscoff cookies for garnish and drizzle with caramel if desired.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a stronger coffee flavor, add a splash of coffee liqueur to the brewed coffee.
- Serve in small jars or glasses for an elegant presentation.
- This dessert can be made ahead and stored in the fridge overnight for even better flavor.
