1pound salmon fillets (skin removed)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Sauce
1/4cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
1 teaspoon sriracha
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon lime juice
Instructions
Prepare the salmon: Cut the salmon into 1-inch cubes and toss with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Cook the salmon: Cook the salmon using one of three methods: Skillet: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown. Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C), place on a lined baking sheet, and bake for 10–12 minutes until cooked through. Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and air fry for about 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
Make the sauce: For the sauce, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth.
Combine and serve: Toss cooked salmon with the bang bang sauce before serving warm.
Notes
Cayenne pepper is optional and can be adjusted according to your spice tolerance.
