Ingredients

  • 1 package sugar cookie dough (or homemade)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Press cookie dough into a greased pizza pan to form a crust.
  2. Bake for 12–14 minutes or until lightly golden. Let cool completely.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
  4. Spread the cream mixture over the cooled cookie crust.
  5. Arrange sliced bananas, strawberries, and pineapple evenly on top.
  6. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil or butter until smooth. Drizzle over the fruit.
  7. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts if desired.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator before slicing and serving.
