Amazing Bacon Deviled Eggs are a creamy, savory twist on the classic appetizer. Infused with crispy bacon, these quick and easy deviled eggs are perfect for parties, BBQs, and potlucks.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 slices bacon, cooked until crispy and finely chopped
  • Smoked paprika, for garnish (optional)
  • Chives or green onions, chopped (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then cover, remove from heat, and let sit for 10-12 minutes.
  2. Transfer eggs to an ice bath to cool. Peel the eggs once cooled.
  3. Slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks to a bowl.
  4. Mash yolks with a fork and mix in mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, vinegar (if using), salt, and pepper.
  5. Stir in the crispy chopped bacon, reserving a little for garnish if desired.
  6. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
  7. Top with remaining bacon, a sprinkle of smoked paprika, and chopped chives or green onions if using.
  8. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Use very fresh eggs for easier peeling after boiling.
  • You can prepare the filling ahead of time and assemble just before serving.
  • Try adding a splash of hot sauce or a dash of garlic powder for extra flavor.
