24 strawberries
1cup white candy melts or white chocolate melting wafers
1/2cup red, white, and blue nonpareil sprinkles
Instructions
Wash berries Wash strawberries and pat dry with a paper towel to make sure no liquid remains.
Melt candy in a small deep bowl Melt candy in a small deep bowl in the microwave for 30 second increments, stirring between each time, until fully melted.
Dip berries Dip strawberries into the chocolate until they’re about 2/3 of the way covered. Immediately dip into the sprinkles until they’re 1/3 covered in sprinkles.
Let harden Place the strawberries on a baking sheet lined with either wax or parchment paper. If you’re using the white chocolate, refrigerate to let the chocolate harden completely. If using candy melts, just let sit for 30 minutes to harden. Note – if you live in a humid place or your kitchen is humid, it’s best to let them chill in the fridge.
