A vibrant and healthy frozen treat made with banana, mango, pineapple, and a splash of juice, this tropical nicecream is smooth, fruity, and perfect for summer indulgence or a refreshing post-workout snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 tbsp Tropeaka Tone BCAA+ Passionfruit (optional)
  • Splash of orange juice (or as needed to blend)

Instructions

  1. Add frozen bananas, mango, pineapple, and Tropeaka powder (if using) to a high-speed blender or food processor.
  2. Add a small splash of orange juice to help with blending.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. Add more juice gradually if needed for consistency.
  4. Scoop into a bowl or jar and serve immediately for soft-serve texture.
  5. For a firmer scoop, freeze for 1–2 hours before serving.
  6. Optional: Top with coconut flakes, edible flowers, or extra fruit for decoration.

Notes

  • Use ripe bananas for optimal sweetness and creaminess.
