Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced into 1-inch thick pieces
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Slice bananas into 1-inch thick pieces and arrange them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Spread a small amount of peanut butter on top of each banana slice using a spoon.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave dark chocolate chips in 20-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until melted and smooth.
  4. Drizzle the melted chocolate over each banana slice, covering evenly.
  5. Sprinkle shredded coconut over the top of each banana slice for a tropical twist.
  6. Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until bananas are fully frozen.
  7. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a week.
