The Summertime Chiller Cocktail is a tropical, electric blue drink perfect for sunny days by the pool or beach. Made with Blue Curaçao, coconut rum, pineapple juice, and lemon, this summertime cocktail is refreshing, fruity, and stunningly garnished—your go-to vacation drink in a glass.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Blue Curaçao

  • 1 oz coconut rum

  • 1 oz pineapple juice

  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice

  • Crushed ice

  • Club soda, to top

Garnish:

  • Pineapple wedge

  • Lemon slice

  • Pineapple leaf

  • Mini cocktail umbrella (optional)

Instructions

  1. Fill a hurricane or highball glass with crushed ice.

  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine Blue Curaçao, coconut rum, pineapple juice, and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Shake well until chilled.

  3. Pour the mixture over the crushed ice.

  4. Top off with club soda for a refreshing sparkle.
