  • 1 box strawberry cake mix (15.25 oz)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp strawberry extract
  • Red food coloring

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Prepare Cake Batter. In a large bowl, beat together the strawberry cake mix, eggs, cream cheese, and vegetable oil until smooth and creamy.
  3. Make Cinnamon Filling. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar and ground cinnamon.
