1cup sliced strawberries
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 whole strawberry (for topping)
Instructions
Prepare crepes and let them cool completely.
In a bowl, whip the cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
Place one crepe on a serving plate. Spread a thin layer of whipped cream and add a few sliced strawberries.
Repeat the layering process until all the crepes are stacked.
Finish with a final crepe layer and top with a whole strawberry for decoration.
Chill the cake in the fridge for at least 1 hour before slicing and serving.
Notes
For a matcha variation, add 1 tsp of matcha powder to the whipped cream.
The cake is best served chilled to help it hold its shape.
