A delicate and elegant crepe cake made with thin layers of crepes, silky whipped cream, and fresh strawberry slices. Perfect for a pastel aesthetic dessert spread.

Ingredients

  • 1012 crepes
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 whole strawberry (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare crepes and let them cool completely.
  2. In a bowl, whip the cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
  3. Place one crepe on a serving plate. Spread a thin layer of whipped cream and add a few sliced strawberries.
  4. Repeat the layering process until all the crepes are stacked.
  5. Finish with a final crepe layer and top with a whole strawberry for decoration.
  6. Chill the cake in the fridge for at least 1 hour before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For a matcha variation, add 1 tsp of matcha powder to the whipped cream.
  • The cake is best served chilled to help it hold its shape.
  • Use a serrated knife for clean slices.
