Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • Chocolate-dipped strawberry (for garnish)
  • Whipped cream (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  2. Dip the rim of your smoothie glass into the melted chocolate, then place the glass in the freezer for 5 minutes to set.
  3. In a blender, combine strawberries, banana, yogurt, milk, sweetener, and vanilla. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the smoothie into the chocolate-rimmed glass.
  5. Top with a chocolate-dipped strawberry or whipped cream if desired.
