Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup milk (adjust for desired thickness)
  • 1 tablespoon strawberry syrup (plus more for drizzling)
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • 1 slice cheesecake (optional, for garnish)
  • Crushed ice (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine strawberries, vanilla ice cream, milk, and 1 tablespoon of strawberry syrup. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add crushed ice for a frostier texture if desired.
  2. Rim a milkshake glass with a bit of strawberry syrup and roll in graham cracker crumbs to coat the edge.
  3. Pour the milkshake into the prepared glass.
  4. Top generously with whipped cream.
  5. Drizzle with more strawberry syrup and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
  6. Garnish with a mini slice of cheesecake for an extra decadent touch.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of strawberry syrup for your desired sweetness.
  • For a thicker milkshake, add less milk or more ice cream.
  • If you don’t have a slice of cheesecake, you can use crumbled pieces on top for a similar effect.
