1 wheel Brie cheese (8 oz)
1/3cup strawberry preserves
1/2cup fresh strawberries, thinly sliced
2 tbsp slivered almonds
Crackers or toasted baguette slices (for serving)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a small baking dish with parchment paper.
Place the Brie wheel in the dish and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the center is soft and gooey.
Remove from the oven and immediately spoon the strawberry preserves over the top.
Layer with fresh strawberry slices and sprinkle with slivered almonds.
Serve warm with crackers or toasted bread.
Notes
Optional: Remove the rind from the top of the Brie before baking for a creamier texture.
Try other jams like raspberry or fig for variety.
Top with a drizzle of honey or a few fresh basil leaves for extra flavor.
