Creamy baked Brie topped with sweet strawberry preserves, fresh strawberries, and slivered almonds. A warm, elegant appetizer perfect for entertaining with crackers or crostini.

Ingredients

  • 1 wheel Brie cheese (8 oz)
  • 1/3 cup strawberry preserves
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp slivered almonds
  • Crackers or toasted baguette slices (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a small baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Place the Brie wheel in the dish and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the center is soft and gooey.
  3. Remove from the oven and immediately spoon the strawberry preserves over the top.
  4. Layer with fresh strawberry slices and sprinkle with slivered almonds.
  5. Serve warm with crackers or toasted bread.

Notes

  • Optional: Remove the rind from the top of the Brie before baking for a creamier texture.
  • Try other jams like raspberry or fig for variety.
  • Top with a drizzle of honey or a few fresh basil leaves for extra flavor.
