Mini dessert cups filled with a creamy blend of sour cream, sweetened condensed milk, and whipped cream, mixed with fresh strawberries and topped with whipped cream and strawberry slices. A refreshing and elegant no-bake treat.

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar (optional, to taste)
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Strawberry slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the sour cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream with powdered sugar (if using) until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the sweet cream mixture until well incorporated.
  4. Add the chopped strawberries and gently mix.
  5. Spoon the mixture into small clear dessert cups for an elegant presentation.
  6. Top each serving with a dollop of whipped cream and a slice of fresh strawberry.
  7. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving to enhance flavor and texture.
