1/2cup whole milk
1/2cup heavy cream
1/2cup cooked spinach, drained
1/2cup goat cheese, crumbled

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
Evenly spread the cooked, drained spinach and crumbled goat cheese over the bottom of the pastry crust.
