Instructions

Prepare the Coffee Center:

  1. In a bowl, mix crushed ladyfingers with espresso and coffee liqueur (if using) until slightly softened.
  2. Shape into small balls and freeze for 30 minutes.

Make the Mousse:

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip together mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Assemble the Spheres:

  1. Using silicone molds, fill each half-sphere mold with mousse, leaving space in the center.
  2. Insert the frozen coffee-soaked center into the mousse.
  3. Cover with more mousse and smooth the tops.
  4. Freeze for at least 4 hours until firm.

Final Touch:

  1. Carefully unmold the mousse spheres and dust with cocoa powder for a classic tiramisu finish.
  2. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve chilled.
