Instructions
In a bowl, combine ricotta, cream cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, chopped capers, and dill. Mix until smooth and well blended.
Lay out the slices of smoked trout on a flat surface.
Spread the ricotta mixture evenly over the trout slices.
Carefully roll the trout slices with the filling inside to form a roulade or small logs.
