1 bagel, halved and toasted
2 tbsp cream cheese
3oz smoked salmon
Sliced red onion
Capers
Fresh dill
1/2 avocado, sliced
3 eggs
4–5 strawberries, halved
Salt & pepper to taste
Olive oil or butter for frying
Instructions
Toast the bagel halves until golden brown.
Spread cream cheese evenly on both halves of the bagel.
Top with smoked salmon, red onion slices, capers, and a few sprigs of fresh dill.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil or butter. Crack in the eggs and fry sunny side up to desired doneness.
Slice the avocado and prepare the strawberries.
Plate the bagel with the fried eggs, avocado slices, and halved strawberries.
Season eggs with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
