  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs), cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 10 oz sturdy tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend)
  • 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 cup sour cream (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, toss shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until fully coated.
  3. Spread tortilla chips evenly across the baking sheet.
