Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup milk (whole or plant-based)
  • 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup cheesecake chunks
  • 3 tbsp raspberry sauce or jam
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • Whipped cream, for topping
  • Extra raspberries, for garnish
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, milk, raspberry sauce, and honey (if using). Blend until smooth.
  2. Add cheesecake chunks and pulse 2–3 times to keep some texture.
  3. In a chilled glass, drizzle extra raspberry sauce inside the rim for a swirl effect.
  4. Pour the shake into the glass and top generously with whipped cream.
  5. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the whipped cream and top with fresh raspberries.
  6. Serve immediately with a wide straw and long spoon.

Notes

  • Chill glasses in the freezer for 10 minutes before serving to keep the shake cold longer.
  • Use frozen raspberries if fresh are unavailable.
  • Adjust sweetness by increasing or omitting honey/maple syrup based on preference.
  • For a thicker shake, reduce milk slightly or add more ice cream.
