The Rainbow Paradise Cocktail is a tropical showstopper with vibrant, layered colors and fruity flavor. Made with Malibu coconut rum, pineapple juice, sweet grenadine, and a splash of blue curaçao, this eye-catching drink is perfect for summer parties, beach getaways, or vacation vibes. With its tropical sweetness and colorful layers, it’s a guaranteed crowd-pleaser for any festive gathering.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz pineapple juice

  • 2 oz Malibu coconut rum

  • 1 oz grenadine

  • 1/2 oz blue curaçao

  • Ice cubes

  • Garnish: pineapple wedge and cocktail umbrella

Instructions

  1. Fill a hurricane or tall glass with ice cubes.

  2. Pour grenadine into the bottom of the glass and let it settle.

  3. In a shaker, mix the pineapple juice and Malibu coconut rum. Slowly pour this over the back of a spoon onto the grenadine layer to create separation.

  4. Gently drizzle the blue curaçao over the top to finish the rainbow effect.

  5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cocktail umbrella.

  6. Serve immediately and enjoy your colorful tropical escape!

  • For best layering, pour each liquid slowly over the back of a spoon to prevent mixing.
