These pink strawberry brownies are the perfect fusion of fudgy chocolate richness and fruity strawberry glaze. A dreamy twist on the classic, these moist bars are packed with berry flavor, topped with a gorgeous pink glaze, and perfect for Valentine’s Day, baby showers, or spring parties. Easy to make and impossible to resist!

Ingredients

Brownie Base:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

Strawberry Glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 2-3 tbsp strawberry puree (fresh or frozen, blended)

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • Optional: drop of pink food coloring for a bolder hue

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8″ baking pan with parchment paper or grease it lightly.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla; mix until smooth.

  3. Stir in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until just combined.

  4. Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. Let cool.

  5. Make the glaze: Whisk powdered sugar, strawberry puree, and vanilla until smooth. Add a drop of food coloring if desired.

  6. Spread glaze over cooled brownies. Chill for 20–30 minutes to set, then slice into squares.

Notes

  • Want more strawberry flavor? Add 1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberry powder to the batter.

  • Store in the fridge for a firmer texture or enjoy room temp for extra fudginess.

  • Decorate with sliced berries or sprinkles for parties or gifting!
