  • 4 cups boiling water (1 cup per gelatin flavor)
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 2 packets unflavored gelatin
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • For Topping:
    • Whipped cream
    • Pastel sprinkles

Instructions

Prepare the White Gelatin Base:

  1. Bloom the Gelatin: In a bowl, sprinkle 2 packets of unflavored gelatin over ½ cup cold milk and let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Dissolve: Add 1 ½ cups boiling water, stirring until gelatin dissolves completely.
  3. Mix in Sweetened Condensed Milk: Stir in sweetened condensed milk and let cool. This will be mixed with each color for a pastel effect.

Prepare the Colored Gelatin Layers:

  1. Dissolve Each Color: For each flavored gelatin, dissolve 1 box of gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water and let cool slightly.
  2. Create Pastel Colors: Mix ½ cup of the white gelatin base into each colored gelatin to soften the color.

Layer the Gelatin:

  1. First Layer: Pour the first pastel layer (e.g., purple) into serving cups and chill for 15 minutes until set.
  2. Repeat the Layers: Continue with pink, yellow, and blue, chilling each layer before adding the next.
  3. Decorate & Serve:

    1. Final Touches: Once fully set, top with whipped cream, pastel sprinkles, and a candy egg.
    2. Enjoy! Serve chilled and watch everyone be amazed by the colorful layers!
