A tropical, minty, and tangy mocktail that combines fresh passion fruit, lime, and mint over ice with a fizzy finish from sparkling water—perfect for hot days and alcohol-free gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh passion fruit pulp (or passion fruit juice)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 68 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon sugar (optional, adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes
  • Club soda or sparkling water
  • Salt (for rimming the glass)
  • Lime slices and mint sprigs (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of a glass and dip into salt to coat.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, muddle mint leaves with sugar and lime juice to release mint oils.
  3. Add passion fruit pulp and fill the shaker with ice. Shake vigorously.
  4. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice.
