A playful twist on the Italian classic, this no-bake Oreo tiramisu layers rich mascarpone cream with espresso-soaked Oreos and a dusting of cocoa powder—decadent, creamy, and irresistibly indulgent.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 24 Oreo cookies
  • 1 cup strong brewed espresso or coffee, cooled
  • 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur (optional)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine espresso and coffee liqueur (if using). Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. In another bowl, mix mascarpone, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully incorporated.
  4. Quickly dip each Oreo in the coffee mixture (don’t soak) and arrange a layer in the bottom of a dish.
  5. Spread half of the mascarpone cream over the Oreo layer.
  6. Repeat with another layer of dipped Oreos and top with remaining cream.
  7. Smooth the top and dust generously with cocoa powder.
  8. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

  • Use flavored Oreos (like mocha or chocolate cream) for fun variations.
  • Layer in individual cups for single-serve desserts.
  • Swap coffee liqueur with chocolate liqueur for a sweeter kick.
  • Letting it chill overnight deepens the flavor and texture.
