Lusciously smooth and rich Oreo cheesecake truffles dipped in dark, white, and pink-tinted chocolate—shaped into hearts and beautifully drizzled for a romantic, bite-sized indulgence.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (14 oz) Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz dark chocolate, melted
  • 8 oz white chocolate, melted
  • Pink food coloring (gel-based)
  • Optional: chocolate drizzle, heart molds, sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Add Oreo cookies to a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form.
  2. Add softened cream cheese and blend until a smooth dough forms.
  3. Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of dough and shape into balls or press into heart-shaped silicone molds.
  4. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for 20–30 minutes until firm.
  5. Melt chocolates in separate bowls over a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second intervals.
  6. Optional: Tint part of the white chocolate with pink gel coloring.
  7. Dip each chilled truffle into your choice of chocolate and place on parchment to set.
  8. Drizzle with contrasting chocolate and decorate as desired.
  9. Chill until set and serve in decorative wrappers or on a platter.

Notes

  • Ensure cream cheese is fully softened for smooth mixing.
  • Use gel-based food coloring to prevent chocolate from seizing.
  • Store truffles in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
