1/4cup heavy cream
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 tsp orange extract
Zest of 1 orange
Orange food coloring (optional)
1/2cup powdered sugar, for rolling
Instructions
In a heatproof bowl, combine white chocolate chips, heavy cream, and butter. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring each time, until fully melted and smooth.
Stir in orange extract, orange zest, and a drop of orange food coloring if using. Mix until fully combined.
Refrigerate the mixture for 1–2 hours until firm enough to scoop.
Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
Roll each truffle in powdered sugar until fully coated.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
Notes
For a stronger citrus flavor, add more zest or a few drops of orange juice.
Dust off excess powdered sugar before serving for a neater look.
