  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

  • Fresh raspberries
  • Blueberries
  • Kiwi, peeled and diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients until dough forms.
  5. Roll dough into balls and flatten slightly. Place on prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden. Let cookies cool completely on a wire rack.
  7. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  8. Once cookies are cool, spread frosting over each one.
  9. Decorate with fresh raspberries, blueberries, and diced kiwi in colorful patterns.
  10. Serve immediately or chill until ready to enjoy.
