These Mini Celebration Pies are adorable, single-serve desserts perfect for parties and holidays! Filled with classic cherry, blueberry, or apple pie filling and topped with creative crust designs, they’re sweet, festive, and fun to customize.

Ingredients

  • Pie dough (store-bought or homemade)

  • Cherry, blueberry, or apple pie filling

  • Granulated sugar (for dusting)

  • Whipped cream or meringue (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin or use a mini pie pan.

  2. Roll out pie dough and cut into circles to fit the muffin tin cups (use a cookie cutter or glass). Press dough into the cups.

  3. Spoon 1–2 tablespoons of your chosen pie filling into each crust.

  4. Use remaining dough to create decorative tops (lattice, cut-outs, or full coverage with slits). Place on top of filling and seal edges.

  5. Sprinkle tops with sugar for a golden finish.

  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until crusts are golden and filling is bubbling.

  7. Cool slightly before removing from tin. Top with whipped cream or meringue if desired.

Notes

  • Mix and match fillings for variety in one batch.

  • Use small cookie cutters to create seasonal or festive dough toppers.

  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days or refrigerate for longer freshness.
