  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

For the Fries & Egg:

Instructions

Cook the Steak:

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steaks with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Add olive oil to the skillet and sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side until the desired doneness is reached. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

  3. Drain on paper towels and season with salt.

Fry the Eggs:

  1. In the same skillet used for the steak, fry the eggs over medium heat until the whites are set but the yolks remain runny.

Optional Bell Peppers:

  1. If using bell peppers, sauté them in the pan for 2 minutes until slightly charred.

Assemble the Dish:

  1. Serve the steaks on a plate with white rice, crispy fries, and fried eggs on top.
  2. Garnish with sautéed bell peppers if desired.

Notes

  • Best Steak Cut: Sirloin, ribeye, or flank steak works best for this dish.
  • Crispier Fries: For extra crispy fries, soak the cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before frying.
  • Egg Texture: Cook the eggs to your preference—soft, medium, or fully cooked.
