Korean Banana Milk is a creamy and refreshing beverage made by blending ripe banana with milk and a hint of vanilla, perfect for a quick, delicious treat.

  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 1/2 tsp granulated sugar (or to taste)
  • a pinch of salt (to balance out the sweetness)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional, but recommended)
  • Ice (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Add banana, milk, water, sugar, salt, and vanilla to a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and frothy.
  3. Taste, add a touch more sugar if your banana isn’t super ripe.
  4. Pour over ice and enjoy cold! I love it with matcha!
