1cup whole milk
1/2cup cold water
1 1/2 tsp granulated sugar (or to taste)
a pinch of salt (to balance out the sweetness)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional, but recommended)

Instructions
Add banana, milk, water, sugar, salt, and vanilla to a blender.
Blend until completely smooth and frothy.
Taste, add a touch more sugar if your banana isn’t super ripe.
Pour over ice and enjoy cold! I love it with matcha!
