8 ripe kiwis, mashed
Juice of 7 lemons
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
8-10 cups cold water
In a large glass pitcher, add mashed kiwis and granulated sugar.
Pour in the fresh lemon juice from 7 lemons.
Add 8–10 cups of cold water to the pitcher. Taste and adjust water or sugar as needed for your desired sweetness and tanginess.
Stir thoroughly until sugar is dissolved and everything is well combined.
