Instructions
Prepare the Crumble: In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Set aside.
Make the Cheesecake Layer: In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add condensed milk, key lime juice, zest, and vanilla. Mix until creamy and well combined.

Repeat & Top: Repeat layers and top with whipped cream, extra graham cracker crumbs, and a lime slice.
