  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup key lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Graham Cracker Crumble:

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar

For Topping:

  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1 tablespoon graham cracker crumbs
  • Lime slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crumble: In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Set aside.
  2. Make the Cheesecake Layer: In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add condensed milk, key lime juice, zest, and vanilla. Mix until creamy and well combined.
  3. Assemble the Parfaits: Layer graham cracker crumbs and cheesecake mixture into serving glasses.
  4. Repeat & Top: Repeat layers and top with whipped cream, extra graham cracker crumbs, and a lime slice.
  5. Chill & Serve: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving for the best texture and flavor.
