Ingredients

  • 4 slices provolone cheese

  • 4 slices salami

  • 4 slices pepperoni

  • 4 slices deli ham or turkey

  • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper

  • 1/4 cup diced red onion

  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • Toothpicks for securing

Instructions

  1. On a clean surface, lay out one slice each of salami, pepperoni, and provolone, slightly overlapping to form a base.

  2. Add one slice of ham or turkey on top.

  3. Sprinkle with a small spoonful of diced red bell pepper and red onion in the center.

  4. Lightly season with Italian seasoning.

  5. Roll up tightly and secure with a toothpick.

  6. Repeat the process for the remaining ingredients.
