Instructions
Pre-heat oven. Pre-heat oven to 350F. Line a loaf pan with parchment.
Mix cinnamon sugar. Stir together brown erythritol and cinnamon powder in a bowl. Set aside.
Prepare wet mix. Whisk together eggs, butter, and vanilla in a bowl.
Add dry flours. Blend in almond flour, coconut flour, and baking powder.
